What Can Be Returned
- In-stock standard items
- Returnable within 14 days in original condition — unused, unassembled where applicable
- Made-to-order items
- Final sale — not returnable once production begins
- Custom-sized items
- Final sale — custom dimensions cannot be returned
- Damaged on arrival
- Report within 24 hours with photos — free replacement or full refund
- Return shipping cost
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective
