Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it and will issue a full refund in that case.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) inclusive of VAT at 14%. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders are protected.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control do not give rise to a claim for compensation.
